CABINET ELUDIA is a private agency of research which was created in the year 2000, and is legally declared with the prefecture of Police force of Paris under N° APR 704. This agency is directed by the private detective Michel LECARDEZ.

The role of the private detective is to accompany you in research by evidence within the framework of private investigations, investigations for the private individuals or the professionals. This profession, still called “Private Agent of Research” (A.P.R) is governed in France by specific laws and decrees:

- Law n° 891 modified of September 28, 1942,

- Law n° 1058 of December 23, 1980,

- Decree n° 1086 of December 8, 1981, Law 2003 - 239 of March 18, 2003 for the interior safety which stipulates in particular: “Is subjected to the provisions of this title the liberal profession which consists, for a person to be collected, even without making state of its quality nor reveal the object of its mission, of the information or information intended for thirds, for the defense of their interests
