ethics very strict bench by the HIGHER
NATIONAL COUNCIL OF the
AGENTS OF RESEARCH PRIVATE:
CNSP-ARP.
We
are in possession of a professional chart
which
we present when
we must give
a report on our profession. Any
detective is declared in Prefecture
of his department where all
one each one can consult the official
list of the Private Agents of Research.
OUR
KNOW-HOW:
Our
team, is
available
24h/24 on all France and Europe.
We
are also subjected to the strict respect
of the
PROFESSIONAL SECRECY
(reference
articles 226-13 & 14
of the Penal code. Of
course, it goes from either that we will
never accept a mission which would seem
to us doubtful as regards
legitimacy.
We
ALWAYS act
within
a legal framework,
referring to us with the Codes
of Civil procedures and Penal.
Our
reports/ratios are usable in front of the
courts.
The
Eludia cabinet systematically refuses
to carry out investigations of order:
réligieuses, trade-union, political,
counters civils servant of the state
and more mainly, all that could be
illegal. Our
collections of components of evidence
are ALWAYS within a framework
of the strict respect to the
Law. We
are not held to accept a mission which would
seem to us illegitimate.
