The private detective and the reglementation

The profession answers a code of ethics very strict bench by the HIGHER NATIONAL COUNCIL OF the AGENTS OF RESEARCH PRIVATE: CNSP-ARP.

We are in possession of a professional chart which we present when we must give a report on our profession.

Any detective is declared in Prefecture of his department where all one each one can consult the official list of the Private Agents of Research.

We are also subjected to the strict respect of the PROFESSIONAL SECRECY (reference articles 226-13 & 14 of the Penal code).

Our reports/ratios are usable in front of the courts.

Our collections of components of evidence are ALWAYS within a framework of the strict respect to the Law
